The National Level Short Film Festival for Specially Abled People is a poignant and powerful celebration of resilience, diversity, and human connection. Organized by the Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Specially Abled (SSEPD) Department and managed by RR Events, this festival is more than just a showcase of talent—it is a heartfelt endeavor to bring forward the inspiring stories of specially abled individuals.
Through the lens of filmmaking, we aim to highlight stories filled with courage, hope, and an unyielding spirit, fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society. This festival serves as a platform for creative expression, raising awareness about disability issues while celebrating the extraordinary achievements of individuals who continue to inspire us all.
Join us in this journey of storytelling, empowerment, and meaningful change.
